Unique cooperation between Resolut and Elanders makes marketing departments more efficient

Resolut and Elanders have initiated a far-reaching partnership. The goal is to offer a comprehensive solution that makes their customers’ marketing more efficient.

“We see that a lot of companies on the market need to make their marketing more efficient and our collaboration will help our customers with this,” says Jim Palmquist at Elanders and Jonas Wärn at Resolut.

Working together is not an entirely new concept for the Marketing Resource Management company Resolut and infomedia Group Elanders. For years the companies have had several common customers that make use of Resolut’s MRM tools together with Elanders’ physical production.

Today Elanders has its own system support with many functions that Resolut offers too, but by using Result’s MRM tools the next version of Elanders’ offer will be both broader and better.

“We have the experience and knowledge about physical production and Resolut has an efficient tool. Together we can offer our customers a more rapid and economic campaign production,” says Jim Palmquist, Marketing Manager, Elanders’ system solutions. 

“Our partnership provides Resolut with a bridge to new markets and a distribution channel that is optimial for customers,” says Jonas Wärn.

Strategic and complementary
User-friendliness and simplicity are important for both parties. After a large evaluation of different alternatives Elanders arrived at the conclusion that collaboration with Resolut was the best solution.

“We are directing our offer more towards advertising and direct mail and we want to become more agile on the market. We see Resolut as an important strategic partner in this endeavor, and at the same time our customers can feel confident knowing that they can continue to use the same Elanders' systems which will be complemented by those of Resolut,” says Jim Palmquist.

“Resolut will be offering Elanders’ printing services and supplementary systems to its clients. We quite simply complement each other well,” says Jonas Wärn.

Speed is of the essence
In the future the partners see an even larger need for seamless systems that complement each other, thereby enabling customers to get their offers on the market more quickly.

“In our business, speed is becoming increasingly important. Resolut’s MRM tool allows our customers to get their offer on the market much more quickly,” says Jim Palmquist. 

“Through this cooperation we can eliminate time losses that occur between different steps before a product is printed. It provides a much faster flow and even greater efficiency for our customers,” says Jonas Wärn.
