Elanders recently executed another exceptional project of calendar production. Our focus was on the production of spiral-bound calendars that not only serve as practical tools for daily organisation for a full year but also stand out as unique, elegant pieces of art.

These calendars were crafted with exceptional attention to detail. The pages, designed for note-taking and recording important events throughout the month, are made from specially selected uncoated paper with a special texture. This choice enhances the calendars’ functionality, providing a smooth surface for writing and preserving the integrity of the ink with a unique graphic on every page. The paper quality elevates the user experience, adding a touch of luxury to the act of planning and scheduling. The unique feel of the paper enhances not only the visual appeal but also the overall usability of the calendar.

Hot stamped covers
What sets these calendars apart is the extraordinary cover which underlines the uniqueness of this product. The covers of these calendars are really a true work of art. Employing a technique known as hot stamping, we introduced a touch of opulence to each edition. The use of holographic hot foil or dual hot stamping on the covers added a layer of sophistication, making each calendar a collector’s item.

To keep the design fresh and captivating, our client embraced a dynamic approach to the covers. Every year, a new hot stamping foil was selected, ranging from holographic effects to applying two different foils on a single cover. This not only created a sense of exclusivity but also turned each year’s calendar into a sought-after collector’s piece.

High production volumes
With print runs of several tens of thousands units, our team seamlessly managed the production process. Printing and finishing with wire-o were also part of the job. Each calendar had to have a hole drilled through it to hang the calendar, and each had to be individually shrink-wrapped and to have a special sticker affixed to it. This high output was achieved without compromising the quality and attention to detail that define our commitment to excellence.
