We offer a wide range of printing services to our customers. Due to our recent technological investments we are a leading offset and digital printing plant in Eastern Europe. We are prepared to meet any customer demands using our certified print production, in house bindery, kitting and fulfillment possibilities. Our global expertise ensures that we create unique end products with high added value.

Sheet-fed offset printing
Elanders Hungary offers high quality sheet-fed offset printing ensured by the German Print and Media Association’s PSO standard. Our Heidelberg Speedmaster printing machines allow us to print 2, 4 and 8 colours up to B1 size (1020×720 mm). A real technological speciality is our KBA Rapida 142 5+L machine that enables us to print up to the size of B0 (1420×1020 mm). The most important benefit of this printing technology is its cost efficiency – while keeping the high quality – in case of small- to mid sized volumes. Our many varnishing and laminating possibilities can make every product unique.

Digital printing

We provide digital printing services both in Zalalövő and in Jászberény. Our OCE Vario Print Titan machines offer unbeatable speed in black and white digital printing. It is the right solution if you need to print in just-in-time or with a very short lead time. Our company produces several types of digitally printed products that require special flexibility, personalization or just-in-time delivery.

Special finishes
The wide variety of special finishes allow us to further raise the uniqueness of the end product. With different lamination and UV varnishing techniques we can make any printed material more lively, be it a magazine, a brochure or a product catalogue. We are ready to meet any customer demands regarding special finishes.

Folding

Our company is equipped with a wide range of folding machines of the highest technology. With our 10 folding lines we offer solutions from the simplest folding types to the most complicated ones. We can fold sheets as big as 1400×1000 mm and are able to produce very small leaflets that are 20×50 mm in final dimensions.

Binding
Our company offers different options to make the printing sheets into end products. Saddle stitching is usually used for magazines or catalogues up to 96 pages while perfect binding and PUR binding are recommended for books, magazines and catalogues thicker than 96 pages. We use perfect binding (PUR) for printing products of premium quality. Other finishing possibilities like perforation, creasing, drilling, adhesive taping, creasing, eyelet punching and wire-o binding are also available upon request. In case of special demands we take on production of hard covers and placement of inserts.

Stock management

At Elanders we print user manuals in large volumes for our industrial customers. These manuals can be sent in one batch to our customers or they can be delivered as call off orders. To ensure the highest cost efficiency for our partners, we produce the ordered quantity in one batch and keep it on stock until delivery.

Kitting and Fulfillment
Due to the increasing demand from different industries we established a specialized department for kit assembly and fulfillment. Our know-how and automated equipment makes us capable to deliver car manual kits (assembled into leather cases) right to the production line of the car manufacturer.
