Elanders’ global distribution and fulfillment network is perfect for a wide variety of aftermarket services. For several customers we handle part, or all of their aftermarket services on a global scale.
One of our main customers decided that they needed to improve their aftermarket services and concluded that the best solution would be to outsource the assignment.
Elanders was assigned the task and created a complete e-Commerce process from webshop design, order handling, payment processing, back-end fulfillment process and end to end delivery.
Activities include web front development, stock handling, receiving and fulfilling sales orders and collecting payments in multiple currencies. The e-Commerce platform is available in multiple languages.
This has increased the service level to the end customers as well as enabled the customer to focus on their core competences.
